Big Picture Thinking Seminar - Fort Lauderdale Florida - By Dennis Clark

BIG PICTURE THINKING

PRESENTER AND CONCEPT

The author's primary contribution to this work was to identify best practices in the area of Planning , Organization , Management and Control - and then to give each of these practices "a name and face" so that they could be easily understood and learned.

Understanding the strategems presented and consistently applying them can lead attendees to the same kind of big picture thinking that is attributed to those who are most successful in business.

The seminar begins with the author's observations regarding the 5 most important personal attributes necessary for success - and follows with 50 powerful business strategems.

A basic outline of the seminar is provided to the right by replicating the desk reference cards that support the program. Actual cards are 4" by 6" and stand on a small easel.

The book CEO thinking is also provided.  in that book, each strategems is presented as a one page "information bite" describing the strategem, supported by examples of it's use in business.

The interaction of a seminar format, though, is the best method of assuring grasp of this subject matter.

Yes, Big Picture Thinking can be learned.  And ,when consistently applied, it can greatly improve the effectiveness of participating employees - and their sponsoring companies.

This seminar is based on the book “CEO THINKING” by Dennis Clark.

Until recently, Mr. Clark served as Broward County President for a major Florida bank. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Goodwill Industries of Broward County from 1992 to 2004.

Seminar Overview

The seminar described in this brochure was written for those who wish to advance in business to the highest level of their capabilities.

This program teaches attendees to see the same big picture that CEO's and Senior Managers see as they plan their work and solve problems,

That objective is accomplished by presenting some 50 tried and proven business "strategems" that represent a body of good judgment that can be regularly applied in the workplace at all levels.
